Ava, my mom, my good friend Shannon (aunt Shannon to the kids) went to Conner Prairie in September. It was the first time for all of us to go there. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the beautiful day. Shannon, Ava and myself are history lovers, so we really enjoyed learning as we went. The hot air balloon was running that day so we all decided to go for a ride. You can't tell it from the picture, but Ava had fun. She was just a little nervous being so high up....just a mere 350' up!
When Reid came home, he was terrified of grass. He wouldn't step on it to save his life. However, over the past 18 months of him being home, he has made progress. Nature is now his friend! He loves to play in the woods with sticks and play in the leaves!
